"I spoke to Dave there at the Austin Czaja office. I had recently set-up my personal checking account so that my monthly premium payment would automatically hit my State Farm Account on the correct date each month. I was very concerned that the initial transaction would somehow go awry and possibly cause a late fee to generate or a debit from the wrong account(since I have two checking accounts at my same bank). Dave took the time to monitor my insurance account activity so that if either happened, he could alert me soon enough so that I could correct the error and not incur any extra fees. The day of the transaction, David called and advised me that all had gone well with the transactions. This was a big weight off my shoulders and it helped avoid a possible late payment on my credit report! Thank you David on taking the time and extra step to help!"

"Jack served as my agent at a State Farm office in Cheektowaga, NY. I called in a semi-panic because my previous insurance provider sent me a notice of non-renewal as the result of two claims in the past three years, one of which was of zero fault of mine. Instead of raising my premium, they dropped me and left me hanging. Jack evaluated my situation and, in a very timely manner, prepared an application for a reasonably priced policy through State Farm which appears to have been approved. I am relieved, grateful, and hoping to be a longtime State Farm customer."
